Michelle graduated from the University of Idaho with her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science with a plan to be a detective or FBI agent. Jason and Michelle are college sweethearts and have been together 25 years and married 20 years as of July 2025! They have two very active kids; Arianna and Gavin, as well as a German Shepherd named Matrix whom they love very much.
Michelle worked at Endeavour Elementary as a VPK assistant before joining the fabulous FCG family. She planned on getting her teacher's certificate, however God has a different plan. She was asked to join FCG in their client service position and loves what she does for clients. Michelle is a social butterfly, very competitive, loves to help others, and loves to be around family and friends.
Michelle loves to watch Gavin play the sports he loves, football and baseball. Outside of that in her spare time, she loves to run half marathons, bake (especially around the holidays with family), and LOVES to watch college (Go UofW Huskies) and NFL football (Go Patriots). Really, she loves to have any sports on tv, always.
